Am I infected after having an abortion?
I just had an abortion 6days ago.. and I also used MISOPROSTOL. I drink the 2 tablets and put the other 2 tablets on my vagina.. after 2hours I started feeling cramps and I started bleeding but that was not a heavy bleeding. Then after an hour I felt there was something on my pad and then when I look at it. It was a blood clot it was big and I thought that was the fetus but then on the 3rd day I experience it again. and now Im on my 6th day and my bleedig is still heavy. Im not worried if im still pregnant im worried because I might have an infection. Can you tell me what are the signs and sympthoms if I had an infection. Please I need advices dont make me feel bad for those who are anti abortions just dont mind me :) thanks!
I would worry more about hemorrhaging and less about an infection. You could bleed out. Go get checked out.
