Overweight, yeah. Everyone carries they're weight differently. Of course, you need to exercise. It helps the dieting more. You need to find healthier foods to eat, and make sure you eat the right amount of calories in the right food groups. Go to mypyramid.org and go to the my pyramid plan. If you're eating too much junk food and you change that, it will help your weight change. And eat smaller meals throughout the day to keep your metabolism up. Plus, you need to learn how to read food labels. It will really help.
