LIve with it, and quit worrying about it. As they say, “This too shall Pass.” The question for yourself instead of worrying about breasts is this. How are your mind and heart developing? Are you a 17 year old mentally? Are you responsible? What are your vocational and educational goals? Are you on track for college? Now back to your boobs, and I’m going to sound like your mother here. For any guy, if breats truly matter to him, then he is certainly not the quality of man you desire, or want. Take care! Don

Wait a while longer. They can grow until you’re in your 20’s.

norcinu is correct about over exercising and genetics, however there are no over the counter pills that work to increase boob size.

I don’t know what a jr is but it comes to genetics and atheletic routines with boob sizes. If you work out too much then it can stunt your boob growth (look at gymnists) and if your mother has small boobs then you’ll be having small boobs unless you take an unnatural remedy to counter this like tablets or surgery and whatnot.
