Already have one child...thinking I am r

I have a 14 month old and lately the baby urge is strong…I know I have one already but I feel the need or want of another child. My boyfriend’s opinion is kind of conflicted he goes from one minute to not wanting one another minute where he does. Even though he says he doesn’t want one when he found my home pregnancy test he smiled when he asked me about it. Then he jokes around about us having triplets. We have both realized that we are going to be together for a long time…that part is totally clear that one day we will be married and his family totally accepted me as their daughter in law and my daughter as their granddaughter..and he has accepted he has his…even though she is not. I want another child but I want to know is how can I help conception when that time comes…I know to quit smoking and not to drink as much caffeine but otherwise what else can I do to help the sperm to the egg…??

are u serious?..u ask this question and then ask about him talking about his ex’s in front of u?..u really have to ask yourself why you want another child..it is because of insecurity with b/f..u feeling lonely?..if ur going to be with him for a long time then y not wait until ur married or at least engaged with a wedding date set to have another baby..one baby dsn’t seem like much but can u imagine with 2?..its a big difference believe me..as for helping ur conceive u just need to let it happen naturally..when u worry about it and plan it it never seems to happen..me and my husband had 2 kids before i was 17..we finally got married and wanted another and it took us 4 yrs..when i finally gave up trying is when it happened..good luck
