Probably not? The median wage is around 53,000. So you’re looking at the hundred thousand, one fifty thousand at being on the high end (if you’re really good). Not really something that will make you rich.

you must ask yourself , do you want to do it to get rich or because you believe in what you are doing & every discovery might do something to you that makes your blood boil?!

some people do it for the money, and some just do it to find missing artifacts because it means something to them like an adrenalin rush!

in all honesty if I could stomach that sort of stuff I would love to have worked as one just because my adrenalin would be sky high as to finding stuff that has been hidden away for centuries…but with that said you have to be careful not to lose your life over it due to curses, booby traps, and of course selfish reasons…if you dont have a clean heart you can make a wrong move & bam…your gone!
