As far as liquids go, you are allowed to bring multiple 3 oz containers of non-flamible liquid or gel items but all of them must fit into a 1 qt Ziplock bag and you should remove it from your carry on bag for easier inspection. prescription medications, baby formula, and breast milk can be in larger but reasonable amounts. Naturally weapons and anything that could be used as or be converted into a weapon is prohibited.
According to the Transportation Security Administration, you can bring a bottle of liquid that is 3.4 ounces (100 ml) or less. So, as long as your perfume is 3.4 ounces or less, you can keep it in your handbag. If not, just put it in with your suitcase.
Don't bring lotion/perfume. My mom brought her favorite expensive one once & they took it from her.
