Well one time I was chewing gum when I looked at the box that held the gum it said it had alcohol suger in it. What does that mean?
Because in my religion I am not aloud to have alcohol.

Diabetics are able to have food with sugar alcohol because it’s converted more slowly to glucose and require very little insulin to be metabolized.
Its a type of sugar that isn't really concidered sugar.
