What does airplane mode mean on ur cell phone?

airplane mode shuts off all internet and other signals. its important to do because then it wont interfere with the plane. if you have an iphone then that is what the switch on the outside of your phone does :)

its just a way of turning everything off on the phone except to dial emergency numbers… its so nothing interferes with electrical stuff and teh like..its call airplane mode but not just used for on a plane. you would also use it in a hospital

what airplane mode on cellphones mean that you cannot recieve internet signals or anything lik that. yu also cannot make or recieve calls.(that’s what mine does)

On my phone it turns the phone part off but leaves like the other applications that dont require signal to work

It means out of wireless and out of anything so u should put it on airplane mode when ur traveling ;)
