Thats actually a good question. I have a few friends is Air Cadets (i am in army cadets), and they can take flying courses to loear how to fly a plain. The one just took his test and passed, and he wants to be a piolet so. He is 17 i think, but he took it a year late. Well In canada atleast
I am not sure but i think you have to be around 16 and over to fly.
18 :P So you are legally an adult and can sign a waive.
