  I find it makes it a little easier if you at least have something in your stomach to throw up. I would have a glass of water first thing in the morning, every morning - that way, when I vomited, it was a little easier on the stomach.

  Ok then...

  You can eat after you vomit, but stick to things that won't upset your stomach...water, crackers, toast, etc...nothing heavy or greasy

  n then I didnt eat anything this morning it was just I I ahd been up for at least a hour and was getting ready to eat but I had to thro up.

  Well, sure, but that might irritate the stomach.

  There's really only one way to find out - try some and see if it makes you sick.

  naw its just like once a day mostly and im only 5 weeks so I have vomited sunday,tuesday,wednesday,and today is that to much??

  If you're vomiting several times a day, you should see your doctor - it's not good to be that sick.

  Get some ginger ale...if it gives you gas, then drink it flat. It will help with the nausea
