every time I play catch with my brother, afterwards my right hand (my throwing hand) always starts to shake for about a half hour- an hour. is that normal??
this is normal if you never played catch. It happens more when you dont stretch before playing. Warm up and than play. This also might happen if you injure your arm while throwing. Just try stretching before you play catch woth your older brother.

yes that is just your bodys way of telling you "Im Tired" so you should Give your hand a rest. yes its normal
