midol baby… forget advil man thats like braces pain. tylenol? forget it. go with midol its awesome

Any ibuprofen will help - Advil is an ibuprofen, Tylenol is an acetaminophen, therefore, Advil will help but Tylenol will likely not help. if you can get Midol or Pamprin, you’re better off as they are made for that purpose.

My doctor says ibprofen works gud. It actually decreases blood. From your period. But pamprin works good too
