ok well im used to this… haha well its really really hard to do but what I usually do is drink a shitload of liquids and then during the test if im still nervous if there is a sink I add a little water to the mix.. that usually works but only if your taking a drug test at home. if its the docs or cops than DONT add water.. but drink a lot that helps a LOT!!

ok well drinking a lot a lot a lot of not just any liqids (water) that is what helps.. but its not just an over night thing.. but if you dont wanna o d on water then theres pills that clean out your system and theres drinks.. just look arounds online.
