i need a acne product that will NOT make my face worse after i stop using. i want to use something for at least 3 months that will not make my ance come back.
i would like to try proactive but i heard if you stop using it your face will break out again even worse.
will clean and clear work?
My dermatologist recommends Janmarini Cleanser and fresh lemon juice as an astringment. I don't have acne but it has made a huge difference in my skin (it closes the pores and flattens out any bumps on the skin).
It's sells for about 22.00, you can purchase it online (janmarini.com) and you'll be surprised at how well it works. It's well worth the money and lasts a while.
I cleanse morning and night and use fresh lemon juice on my face afterwards and it's the only product I've used that I can say good things about (and yes I've tried the proactive).
As karojo said, you will need to continue using it though. I keep in it my shower, use one squirt of the pump in the am and one in the evening.
actually there is not cosmetic product that will give you a warranty that you will look the same eventhough you stop it. The product is there to take care of our body. Just like any other product let's say soap, are we still fresh when we stop using it? No. But for the acne thing you can try ProActive. still no guarantee that you when you stop it you will look same as when you still use it.
No acne cleansers will change the composition of your skin. All it will do is keep your skin clear while you use it, and when you stop using it, your skin will go back to the way it looks before you used it. If you have oily skin, your skin will still be oily. The only way is to keep using it until you get to the age when you no longer have acne.
