I'll be going overseas in a few months and am wondering what sort of routine i should follow in order to get nice tan and not burn. I'm not asking this question to get lectures about the sun. advice?
Honestly depends? Do you tan good? Most tans can be achieved in one day. But it depends see I tan everytime I'm in sun I never burn. But maybe try tanning lotion? Or just sun block or go to a tanning bed? Or just lay out.
Go to the Tanning bed everyday, in 3 weeks you will have a dark tan. Just start out slow so you wont burn. Buy tanning lotion also, it helps get and keep a tan.
i would NEVER use a tanning bed SOO bad for you you can get caner age quicker and alot more
