Great answer, but the court said that I have to show up and give an acceptable excuse for not taken the class, otherwise I will have to pay a $150 fine, so basically either I make an excuse and go with a 50% of not paying the fine, or be honest and give the unacceptable excuse and cough out $150.
I suggest that instead of making excuses you be honest. Judges have people lie to them every day and are pretty good at spotting it regardless of how good you think you tell the lie. And lies just makes them angry.
Well I'm off on Sunday's & Thursday's, but I have my son on Thursday's, also, each week I just don't have the finances, but I'm shure that no excuse
I wud tell them just wat u told me, I'm sure they will understand and may even give u an extention to get the classes done
I agree 100% a lie never got anyone anything but a snowball they can't handle
And u don't need an added charge of pergery if they find u have lied
