Is there a cure for snoring?

There really isn’t a ‘sure fire’ cure to completely rid you of that habit but there are plenty of remedies you could try…1-would be a form of nasal strip (I.e. Breathe Right strips), 2-would be a special mouth guard you can request from your doctor, and to go to a very large extreme if the snoring is causing you problems medically (I.e. sleep apnea) you could have surgery to remove your adnoids, which are the main cause for your snoring. I had my adnoids taken out along with my tonsils when I was little because medical reasons, and ever since then I rarely snore (only when I’m stuffed up or am sick).

dont eat before going to sleep and lay upside down.

They have this spray I saw on a commercial that is suppose to help it.

well…when I was younger I had my adanoids removed and apparently that stopped me snorring lol

whenever someone snores smack them in the face, they can’t snore if they’re awake.
