'6pm' Scam?!?!

I fount this really cool website where they sell shoes, and the site looks too good to be true… does anyone know if ‘6pm’ is a scam or not?!?!

It’s legitimate, but buyer beware: they have the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. 6pm.com arbitarily changes prices of items (items that are not part of their weekly sales, I should add), then refuses to honor price adjustments. Instead, they would have you take the time and incur the cost of sending the product back and reordering it at the new price, so they can turn around and incur the cost of reprocessing your credit card and sending your same order right back. Anyone with half a brain and an iota of business savvy would know that a simple price adjustment would cost them less than reprocessing an order and losing a repeat customer. I can’t think of any other website or store that does not honor price adustments. I won’t shop there again.

I’m pretty sure that it’s not a scam , because I ordered some pairs of Vans, and they look pretty legitimate. At first I thought so too, because the prices were unbelievable, you know? And so I did some research and Googled it, and according to other people’s answers/replies/orders on 6pm, it’s legit. So I hope you find something you like there. (:

You can look at their guarantee details - they seem pretty legit.
