How to lose 150lbs?

hi. I’ve been over weight all of my life and everybody on my moms side of the family has too. im 17 and I weight 250 pounds. I am only 5’6’’. I know that I am extremely over weight but every body tells me im just thick or pudgy because I have a lot of muslce. I cry myself to sleep every night wondering why did I have 2 be the fat sister or the ugly one. I remember when I first found out that I was over weight. I was 5 and 130 pounds. my family says that nothing is wrong and I cant find anybody to help me lose the weight. I have no free time b/c of school but I want to dance in order to excersise. my family wont buy certain thigns that I should eat to lose the weight and I cant afford any of the special programs or personal trainers. my boyfriend loves me the way that I am and he wants me bigger but this is about my health. I need to change and want to. its become to “big” of a problem please some one help me lose 150 pounds fast.

your asking people over the internet to help you loose weight. Only you can help yourself. People on this sight can give you moral support as well, but its all up to you. In order to loose weight you must be willing to exercise, eat right, and be able to keep it up. Most people can’t loose weight because they don’t try, people try but they don’t keep with it, its a long process. Everyone say’s I need to loose weight fast but thats not how it works, dedicate 1 yr of you life to it and you will see a huge difference. I’ve started working out at the beginning of the new year, 3-4 times a week. I don’t alway’s want to but I do it anyway because thats the only way you will see results. Its easy to want to loose weight, but if you don’t give it 100% over a long period of time you obviously don’t want to loose it that bad. good luck

losing 150lbs would be unhealthy for you. We are the same height and the ideal weight for our height is 145-160. I have a diet plan that actually works if you stick with if you want to fun mail me. It’s a little too long to put on a comments but you have to be dedicated. It’s not a diet where it will make you feel like you are starving or killing yourself. I lost about 30lbs on it… around 8lbs within in the first week. This was actually a diet my whole family started as a contest against each other to win money and it actually works really really well!

well if you are 250lbs and you lose 150lbs that would leave you at 100lbs which is two things nearly impossible… and NOT HEALTHY.!.!.! ok let me explain something to you… if you stop eating you will mess up you metabolism and you when you eat again you will just gain some more weight…but lets talk about things that you can do… I always had a problem with weight and the only thing that I have found VERY helpful are the tips that I am about to give you… drink tons of water, dont eat junk and you know what I mean by junk… if it looks like its full of calories then 9 out of 10 time it is… stay away from fast food… eat lots of fiber so that you can regulate your system… eat fruits and small veggies for snacks… you will lose more weight if you eat 5 to 6 small meals a day… instead of 3 big ones… because this keeps you metabolism going… and finally stay active… I attend a kick boxing class and I love it and I am about to start a latin areobics class with im sure I’ll love too… but in the end God made you beautiful… it doesnt matter how much you weigh your still gorgeous… just try to stay healthy and starving yourself is not healthy… I hope I helped…
