Here are some things to start with.

  1. Number one Rule always, even if all else fails, FOLLOW this one: Give up fast food altogether. Honestly it does no good for anyone!

  2. Add one kind of exercise to your life. Bike riding, running, sports. Me and my best friend are going to work out daily together, because our school gym is open after school. Getting your friends to support you also! And figure out what kind of exercise is most fun for you. I.e. I like running on a treadmill more than running outside. Running outside seems like work to me.

  3. switch to whole wheat bread. I never liked Wonder bread or white bread because it was too mushy. If you have been eating white bread most of your life then it will be harder to switch. After a while it won’t matter, and you can always add extra jam or peanut butter :)

  4. get rid of any super sugary or unhealthy foods in your life. Stuff like Monster energy drinks, trade those out for water. Good old water. And water can be extra tasty if you add lemon juice :)

  5. drink lots of milk. It’s so important for teenagers to drink milk. Sorry I know that sounds cheesy. Milk would help your bones a lot and might make you taller! In the end I doubt, unless you are Asian, that you will be 4’11 the rest of your life :)

These are all tips and suggestions also towards eating healthier. What’s good at first is to make a schedule of what’s what. Exercise, eating etc. Don’t go too strict. Make tiny goals that make you happy but also make you want to do more. Hold yourself back a little bit and save that motivation for when you really need it!

of course you would do little things and incorporate it all into your actual life. It will work out, and it’s always better to make it your goal to be healthier, not to loose weight. This way you meet your goals much more often, without becoming obsessed and depressed. At this point you have to convince yourself that so far you are fairly healthy, and not as bad as some people, and that you just want to do even better! I support you too! You can do this :)

It really just depends how tall you are. If you’re under 5’2” then it’s just the hieght. (I think) I weigh a bit mor than u, but I’m about 5’4”. So kinda if you’re shortish the normal weight you should have if you’re tall… (I forgot how to put it) kinda doesn’t flow with your height. Hope I could help…

Answer #4

I think you should try going running every day or something consistent, like doing 50 crunches every night before you go to sleep. so you dont forget you can write it down on like a calender or put alarms on your phone that say”time to work out”

also if you have on demand they have a lot of free workout routines on video.

my daughter is 12 and I recently took her to the doctor for her vaccinations. Because she was overweight the doctor ordered labs and the results are that she has a severe thyroid condition. She has lost 16 pounds since june 17th. Maybe your mom should have your doctor examine your thyroid.

Answer #6

you bmi is 23.2 its still in the normal weight catagory so your not over weight at all just do some excersise and tone up your body

Answer #7

Physical activity should do the trick. In 7th grade I felt I was getting chubby myself.. then I joined swim team. I wasn’t as chubby as a was before. Also shrrymedellin is right. Thyroids can be an issue too! And stay away from the bad foods (no candy! ;P) Plus, you don’t sound overweight at all :) And if it helps, people gain weight in different areas.

Hope that helps you hun :D
