i say if you don’t know anything about shipping then just don’t do it because once i had a very bad situation i ordered some networking cables from usa they arrived here but i was don’t know anything about shipping i paid more money to get them out from the dock ‘’ and some people are not even taking their items from the dock because their tax is increasing everyday and sometime they have to paid more then they ordered that’s why they are leaving those items “ first try to know everything then try :)

Yes you can. Although that also depends on the website and the owner. Some only ship to certain places. Most websites accept paypal or credit card.
