What can I do to help somebody with arthritis?
Tell me more about it? My mother thinks she may be starting to get a bit of arthritis in her wrist. I have been doing some googling, but it’s not very helpful. Can somebody please tell me more about arthritis, and how I can help my mum?
Give them aspirin.
My mom has RA and I’ve seen her suffer a lot my whole life, but she says that a home made ginger root tea with lemon juice and suger helps relax the pain.
Have her try a paraffin treatment - it’s a hot (not overly hot) wax that helps sooth arthritic pain.
regular exercise , , especially swimming helped a patient i knew.
