Well other movies that fit into that category are The Hangover, Role Models, Superbad, the Van Wilder series, American Pie, Beerfest, and perhaps Harold and Kumar go to White Castle, and its sequel Harold and Kumar Escape Guantanamo Bay. (all are a bit crude in humor)
there is one that is exactly like hot chick but more chick flick. i loved it tho. its call "its a boy girl thing" something like that. i never get tired of it
