Double standers usually happen Double standers usually happen with opposite sex children and these views are instilled from past experiences. This may be a Dad not letting their daughter do things that their son was able to do because of things he may have done at that age. This is a problem that will be very hard to change because of their fear of past experiences. I know this does not help and I only speak from my experiences as a Dad and what I saw when I was a child.with opposite sex children and these views are instilled
