Will it be ok to cook a cake tomorrow I prepared today?
I was making a cinnamon custard cake before. I got it all ready to bake, when my oven decides to explode and stop functioning. Does anyone know if it will be ok to cook it tomorrow after I get my landlord to sort out my oven situation? I was really looking forward to that cake…
It should be fine - just cover it and keep it in the fridge, and give it a stir before you bake it.
it happened to me.. and its totally fine to cook it the next day keep it in the fridge though
