Which is better, Mac or HP?

I am looking for a good student computer to home school on. It needs to be fast and able to run a lot of programs at the same time. I’d also like it to have longevity, and not virus prone.

Macs tend to be better computers, they are pretty fast, they’re ok with running multiple programs and obviously they dont get viruses. I think the cons with macs is that there are a few programs they will not run on a mac (it’s not quite as compatible as they like to think it is), they take a little while to get used to, and they’re a little more expensive. All that being said, I love my mac. I’ve had 2 HPs, each one would over heat. It was pretty, but they didnt last all that long.

MAC!!!! haha i love my macbook pro. best computer i ever used. i have used many different computers too. Macs also rarely ever get viruses. haven’t had a problem with my computer at all. had it almost 2 yrs now. it sounds like ur looking for a home computer, if thats the case id get either a mac mini or the imac.

o also if u would ever need to, u can run windows on a mac computer while running mac. its awesome
