You can eat anything you want, but just limit yourself and your intake. Eat more fruits and vegetables and homemade soups- NOT the cans as they are loaded full of salt and it’s just not good at all for you. Cut down on fatty foods and drink plenty of water. Eat mini meals and eat smaller portions. Walk as much as you can and have a little dance while the adverts are on. Go for a night time walk, ask friends to do it with you as when you are walking and just speaking to your friends, you don’t even realise you have walked that far if you are distracted by conversation plus it keeps them healthy too! Ditch the fizzy drinks and greasy fry ups and go for healthy stuff. Stick with the low fat foods. :D Good luck!

you dont look like you need to in that pic of yours, but you need to eat not only fruit, but protein which comes from meat too. and alot of people make a mistake when they lose weight. SOME type of fats in foods are good for you and oh do not drink diet oda, its really bad for you.

If you’re a vegetarian you need to make sure you get plenty of proteins that are usually found in meat, but obviously since you don’t eat meat you need make sure you eat things like soy beans and peanut butter and other protein which foods. Also for losing weight I’ve heard its better to eat like 6 mini meals a day rather than 3 large ones. I eat like that, and I really like it cause I don’t ever feel like I’m starving. Really though just eating healthy and exercising will help you lose weight.

Whole grain foods and almonds or sunflower seeds are best to burn calories. Reducing calories alone will only make you hungry, which always ends in a rebound. Milk has a ton of protein so you should be fine there. What you are missing is omega-3 fatty acids so the only way to get enough will be supplements like flax oil or algae pills. You’re only source of B12 is milk and eggs, so you might want to take B12 pills too. Zinc and iron from pumpkin seeds may help too, though milk and eggs already have some.

green tea, broccoli, protein (chicken, turkey breast,etc), fruits, vegetables, tons of water. good luck!
