What does "100% concentrate" mean in terms of juices?
It means that real juice has been added, but the corn starch, and artificial flavor was the most important ingredient. Or it was made from sugar.
When manufacturers make juice from concentrate, it means producers have extracted most of the water from the juice for shipping purposes, and manufacturers add the water back into the product before packaging it for sale. Juice from concentrate has the same nutritional value as juice not from concentrate.
