Ever since Shadowlands came out, the World of Warcraft universe has constantly been changing meta and evolving to keep up with the success it has had with Shadowlands. Difficult events like Mythic+ have a meta just like any other. We will review the current DPS classes best suited to this meta with you.
Mythic+ has always been so challenging both in dungeon and raid. And if you are not a good DPS player, you might have a hard time. So if you play at least meta-appropriate classes, you will have less difficulty in Mythic+.
Also, if you do not have a good team or experience, Mythic+ is the most challenging factor you can encounter in World of Warcraft. That is why our world-class expert team provides WoW Mythic 10 boost service for you or with you so that you can enjoy the game comfortably. So you can easily complete Mythic+ at all levels.
The DPS in the tier list we selected are classes with very high survivability, self-sustainability, or immunities in WoW. These features are critical and vital in Mythic+. If you also know how Mythic+ and dungeons work, let's get down to business.
We start our list with Windwalker Monks, the leader of our list, the highest damage-dealing class in World of Warcraft in the meta. Their ability called Spinning Crane Kick allows them to do a lot of damage, and we can say that this class has become even stronger with the 9.1.5 patch. This class, which has an overwhelming damage scale, looks like it will peak in the meta for a while.
Besides, Tiger's Lust and Leg Sweep abilities are perfect for group synergy. Because of Mystic Touch, the Monk is the only class that can enhance Physical damage by 5%. Finally, Monks have a lot of mobility, which is crucial in Mythic+.
Frost Mages got a few buffs heading into Season 2's 9.1.5 patch. The first buff, the damage of Frozen Orbs, has been uncapped. However, it has been adjusted to deal less damage after passing five targets. The damage of the second buff, Flurry and Frost Bolt spells has been increased. Frost Mages, which managed to settle in the second place of our list, seems to maintain its place in the meta as long as it does not get nerfed.
Thanks to an ability called Ice Block, Frost Mages have immunity, that is, self-protection in life-threatening situations. This makes them stand out in Mythic+. Also, being able to enter stealth thanks to Invisibility makes them mobile and helps them to skip most mobs or bosses. Finally, their ability to provide Arcane Intellect to the entire party makes them even more powerful.
Subtlety Rogues are currently the best melee DPS in the Mythic+ Season 2 meta. This class, which has a lot of damage capacity, will soon be buffed and strengthened for Black Powder and Shuriken Storm abilities.
With these, Subtlety Rogue, which will further increase its dominance in Mythic+, is very powerful even now. They also have immunity to surviving magic damage. In short, if you like to play melee attacks and want to deal great damage, this class is for you.
Whirlwind, one of the primary abilities of Fury Warrior, received big buffs with the 9.1.5 patch and was uncapped. (It used to be limited to 5 targets.) Like Arms, Bladestorm will be uncapped in upcoming patches. Additionally, auto-attack damage has been buffed to increase by 3-4%.
Fury Warrior, formerly B-Tier, has become much stronger thanks to these major changes and deserves to be S-Tier. Warriors are known to have excellent mobility, so Mythic+ is also among the most preferred. Warriors' Battle Shout ability makes them a unique class. The only disadvantage is that Fury Warriors do not have immunity.
Fire Mages were not changed in Mythic+ Season 2, but Fire Mage has simply always been among the strongest DPS. Although buffs from other classes have dropped them to 5th rank, they will remain a classic. While they may not be a Frost Mage, they have a great damage scale, and their performance is impeccable.
They have outstanding single-target and AoE damage, immunity, and survivability, with the exception of priority-target damage, which is minimal. Fire Mages' most powerful weapon is always their Combustion skills, which deal single-target and AoE damage at the same time.
Like other classes, Arms Warrior got a big buff in patch 9.1.5, and its most basic DPS abilities, Bladestorm, and Dreadnaught were uncapped. Because of these changes, we can say that Arms Warrior has definitely become stronger to enter the S-Tier list.
Arms Warrior is often known for burst damage. Like the Fury Warrior, the Battle Shout skill is one of the humblest features that take them to the top. Arms Warrior has one of the most tremendous single-target damage in Mythic+, making it a good choice for Tyrannical weeks.
The change in patch 9.1.5 that moved most classes from the bottoms to the S-Tier was that their skills were uncapped. For Marksmanship Hunter, we can say that their famous Multi-Shot skill is strengthened in this way. This will further strengthen their already strong AoE damage profile and justify their position in the S-tier rankings.
Marksmanship Hunter has one of the greatest AoE-burst and overall DPS in the game right now. Their burst is unrivaled due to the combination of their Trueshot and Trick Shots passive. They are also one of the most mobile classes in the game, and the ability to move while using skills makes them more preferable.
We have come to the end of our S-Tier list. Now it is time for A-Tier, less powerful but meta classes. Elemental Shamans remain one of the best-ranged classes in the current season of Mythic+. We can say that their performance has improved even more after their favorite skill, Eye of the Storm, was buffed. Elemental Shamans are known for their synergy with their parties.
With their Earthquake ability, Elemental Shamans can deal heavy damage to up to 20 targets. Shaman is also a good choice because of the wide range of utility tools they provide to the party.
Outlaw Rogues did not receive any changes in 9.1.5, so they are at #9 on our list. Outlaw Rogues are famous for their crowd control-based abilities. Abilities like Gouge are perfect for disrupting the cast of enemies. They provide high survivability and self-sustainability, making them one of the best DPS classes. Furthermore, in dungeons, Rogues are the lords of mob control.
Affliction Warlock has not undergone any recent changes like other A-Tier classes, so they are at the bottom of our list but still remain one of the strongest DPS classes when not compared to S-Tier classes. They deal excellent area damage, and they are still holding up despite the recent nerfs. The only disadvantages are that they do not have enough damage scale against bosses, they do not have mobility and immunity. Still, so many players prefer them.
