why am I so hungry?

I usually eat a good filling lunch at skewl, but rite after eating im still starving. why iz that?

a lot of the time hunger is confused with thirst..you need to drink 8 glasses of water a day.

Might mean that you don’t have enough liquids, try drinking more when you eat.
