what should I do to help her
me and my friend have always been the bigger girls but my friend weighs 280 and she is sixteen she is really healthy but she hates the way she looks and she is so selfconsious she wont go to school and she barely leaves the house she really whants liposuction but shes to young what should she do?

“How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?”
One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

I swear, I must be one of the few that goes by looks second, personality first. My current girlfriend is on the big side and it really doesn’t bother me. She is quite pretty anyway despite this.
Look at the good side, it means you wont get a partner who dumps you a week later lol you wil get someone who truely cares.
tell her its dont matter whats out side its only matters whats inside if she nice and sweet she needs to try to feel good about herself, or just tell her to work out if she wants to feel different about herself we been created the way GOD wants us to and there is no reason not like you for who you are :)
tell her the truth. tell her she needs to lose some weight. don’t make it sound mean, of course, just tell her you’re trying to help her. she’d feel much better about herself. and be sure to tell her to lose weight the healthy way, we don’t need another psycho in the world. I psycho enough. but anywayz… or you could try to convince her that looks don’t matter. no one really cares what people look like. they may talk about people, and what they look like, but them acutally caring is totally out of the question. this world is so over rated.
