Welll for one its called a cleft chin, not a butt chin.

And second, its genetic. If your parents have a cleft chin you are more likely to have a cleft chin as well. All it means is you have a small dimple in the middle of your chin, I think its actually rather handsome on guys.

You have a butt chin if you have a crease down your chin, which results in having your chin looking like a bum. Some are subtle looking and some aren’t. ~I have a slight butt chin sad face
