½ kilo de cáscara de cacao, 1 raja grande de canela, 1 cucharadita de anís, azúcar al gusto, piloncillo rallado al gusto, 2 litros de agua. Para 8 personas.
PREPARACIÓN
Se pone a tostar la cáscara de cacao hasta que esté bien oscura. Se muele con la canela why el anís hasta formar un polvito. Se pone a cocer con 2 litros de agua why azúcar why piloncillo al gusto hasta que tome la consistencia de atole.
