im 13. i cant send or recieve pics my dad just now installed it now on my phone but it doesnt work he said he will be on in a month ..( he is afraid i will be sexting) which i wont because who wants to see my body .. yea so i wood not do that its nasty.. but i went on the internet and it said pcs vision is down maintence or sumthin like that and what is pcs vision thats my main question

I did some research and it seems the Pcs vision is a Sprint network the information is very unclear manly cause they’re advertising this network. Pcs being a class of phones and vision being a a network so it seems that if you have one of these phones

PCS Phone by Samsung N400

PCS Phone by Hitachi P300

Then it’s vision capable so from what i understand it’s a service that you have to purchase from sprint to receive fancy phone features.
