I’m really sorry to break it to ya, but tobi is not obito. obito died a long time ago, and in the manga tobi reveals himself as madara. he tells his story and everything. he is really madara and not obito.

I don’t know..I think its Obito because the mask covering his right eye.

tobi is mandara uchiha danzo’s(the 6th hokage) brother(I hate that guy I hope he dies soon) but in my opinion I think he either pulled a orochimaru and took over obitos body or took after obitos looks but I think its going to end up being obito V.S. kakashi at some point in the the series and mandara is going to use that aginst kakashi… if you read the manga and/or watch shippuden you will understand that, that would be kakashis weak point. but to answer your question no tobi is not obito (I wish he was) he is mandara.
