Why is nobody making a big deal about Elvis' new album with newly recorded songs but their angry about Michael Jacksons newly recorded album?

Both are no longer living, so if an album claims the songs are newly recorded they are sadly mistaken.

I think it’s simply too soon. Elvis has been dead for a few decades now, but MJ’s death is still quite fresh in people’s minds.
