How do you get rid of a blister sting?

My blister went pop and it stings really bad. I need an answer quick and easy!!!

‘fau’ is a fake name put on the question, whenever a member requests anonymity. The question IS real, but the ‘fau’ is short for ‘fun advice user’ or ‘funadvice anonymous user’.

And FAU, the stinging is sweat getting into the raw skin under the blister - sweat has salt which is the part that stings. Rinse it with cool tap water, blot dry with a CLEAN towel, and cover it with a bandage. You can spritz it lightly with Bactine if you want.

Also, blisters are caused by rubbing. So you need to figure out what is causing them and take corrective measures. Good Luck!!
