How can I do this without depriving myself??

I know I’m not unhealthy. I’m a size 4 but want to be a size 2. How do I do this without depriving myself??

Well, first of all how tall are you? You can eat healthy and exercise. Maybe become vegetarian. If you do that though make sure you take vitamins, because most vegetarians don’t get all the vitamins they need.

first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight
