dog atacks?

what do you do if a dog a ttacks you?

Answer #1

Never run!!! Try to stay calm. and slowly back up. if it already knocks you to the ground, I would try and use my weight and strength to get a hold of the dog and pust against the ground with your hand on the next. You want to try and dominate the dog so that it becomes submissive. If it is more then one dog then they will attack in a pack. Always pay attention for all the signs when first meeting a dog.

Answer #2

NEVER EVER RUN!!…do not turn you back either…However as stated above, avoid eye contact, don’t yell… and start backing up…slowly and quietly…If while you’re backing, you can find something to shield yourself, like a big stick, grab it…

Running and yelling only excite the natural instinct to chase…

dont look directly into its eyes, as this will make it attack more running would be best, try to find something high you can get onto like a playground, on/in a car, in a tree, ect if its going to bite you anywere the best spot would be your arm because youll need your legs to get away, and you need your face to see were your going dont let it go anywere near your neck either, because one bite there could be fatal if you have one of those high pitch dofg whistles this will help use your hands as best you can if your desperate for help, grap its face and try to hold its mouth shut or pin it to the ground, hold its head down and lay on top of it untill someone comes to help

Answer #4

The only sensible thing is to free yourself and run.

Answer #5

A dog who has entered into a red zone…dog rage…is NOT going to be subdued into a submission…you’re defending your life…The above instructions from me are if it “appears” you are going to be attacked…If you are already on the ground, aisiansticks has the better answer.

Answer #6

Kick the $hit out of it, or hit the most vulnerable spot really hard: their nose. This will stun them…giving you time to run away.
