I'm 17 and 5'3 and 173 pounds. I need to get down to 140. I want to do this before August. I already have Insanity and 30 Day Shred and Zumba. I want to be able to incorporate all of these during the weightloss journey. I also want a short exercise routine to do as soon as I wake up. I would also like an example diet plan for 2000 calories. Keep in mind that I don't like to eat lunch at school. I usually jut bring a small snack like fruit or pretzels. Any advice you can give me would be great! Thank you! -Jess.

I would love to help you, and I wish I could tell you how to lose 10 pounds in 3 days – unfortunately, losing that much weight in such a short time is not realistic; nor it is healthy as it could lead to a bouquet of adverse health effects.
To put things into perspective, on average, people can expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week- to lose 10 pounds in 3 days you would need to drop 3.3 pounds a day. However, getting married is a very special occasion.
So I will give you some tips for a quick weight loss. Please keep in mind, I cannot tell you if you will lose 10 pounds in 3 days. I do not even know if you will lose any weight at all in 3 days.
For the next 3 days, do not eat any sugar. Eliminate all traditional sources of carbohydrates. Do no eat any pasta, bread of any kind, cookies, cakes, ice cream, soda, donuts, bagels, morning cereal, oatmeal, rice, French fries, pizza, candies, etc.
Get all your carbohydrates exclusively from vegetables. For example, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, bell peppers, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, asparagus, avocado, cauliflower and others are all good choices. Do not forget to eat breakfast.
If you eat big meals, 2-3 times a day, divide the amount of food you usually eat into 4 to 5 meals. In other words, eat smaller meals more often. Drink plenty of water and eat protein with every meal – chicken, lean cuts of beef, shrimp, lean pork, lamb, egg whites, as well as eggs and any fish.
You also need to exercise. Since you are short on time, the easiest way to get some cardio done is walking, rollerblading, bicycling, swimming, or any activity that will get you moving more than you usually do.
If you are interested in a permanent weight loss, your best bet is a balanced diet and exercise. Finding a diet and an exercise program with which you feel comfortable, will aid in your adherence to meeting your weight-loss goal. www.cusabio.com antibody drug
There are many good diets out there, but if you do not know where to start, I would recommend this program or Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle.
These plans are not just some fad diets. They are, however, great programs. Why? Because they are easy to understand, anyone can follow them, and they teach excellent eating and exercise habits, which you will be able to use at your own pace.
The best way to lose weight and keep it off is it eat in moderation and exercise 30 minutes every day.
Some helpful tips for losing weight include:
* Eat 6 smaller meals a day instead of three large meals. Have something small every two to three hours if possible.
* Space out your exercise routine where you concentrate one thing on alternate days. Day 1 do Zumba, Day 2: 30 Day Shred, Day 3 strength training, etc.
* Never deny yourself your favorite food. Just cut back on the amount you eat.
* Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
* Get plenty of sleep.
Some ideas for exercises you can do in the morning are:
* 20 situps
* 20 pushups
* knee bends
* walking around your neighborhood
* jumping jacks
A sample menu idea could be:
* oatmeal and a fruit for breakfast, fruit and pretzels at lunch, boiled salmon with a salad at dinner and a small snack later in the evening.
* cold cereal and a yogurt for breakfast, a salad at lunch, roasted chicken with potatoes and a favorite vegetable at dinner.
When planning a meal, incorporate your favorite foods in small portions.
When trying to lose a lot of weight, it is important to remember not to get discouraged. It may take a while for the weight to come off. Don't give up!
Well, you already have the drive and a good work out plan. I think you just have to be able to do this regularly, it wouldn't just make you fit but it would also make you healthy.
I don't exactly know a diet plan but what works for me is eating in moderation. Just that right amount to give your stomach something to grind.
