every few seconds theres a strong gust of wind coming from the south direction of ohio
No, most probably not. Earthquakes and Tsunamis do not usually influence the weather. Volcanism could, if there is a lot of ash in the atmosphere and this causes regions to cool down this may cause wind. The many fires in Japan caused by the earthquake may have a short term influence on local weather there. But I see no way that the Earthquake could influence the weather in the USA.
I doubt that. Ohio and Japan is way to far apart for the winds in Ohio to be cause by the Tsunami, which happened yesterday in Japan.
I don't think so. From what I understand of a Tsunami (which is not a lot), is it would not create wind, especially so far away.
more than likely they are.
