Will I gain or lose?

So I decided to stop smoking and im scared that I might gain weight because I am already trying to lose 20 pounds by january or february. I am 5foot8inches I weight 145pds(I know im kinda fat) I eat very healthy meaning almost no chips or pop or candy maybe like once every 2 days and its not that much, just to lose the craving. I havent had a huge appetite like I usually do and I run 3 days a week, lift weights 2 days a week and im trying to fit in some pilates. Can someone let me know how much weight I will gain or lose? And how to help myself lose it.
