where to put eyeliner?

okay, so I wear a lot of eyeliner. people tell me I wear it “emo” style (labels are for soup cans!) and for the bottom lid I put it on lashline, and then put some on the waterliner. one of my friend’s said you aren’t suppose to put eyeliner on your water line. is that true? and if its true, would anything happen since I’ve been putting some there?

watz a water line? and hahaha labelz SHUD B 4 soup cans. and you shud just wear your makeup how you want, who carez what they say :P

just wear less eyeliner! people generally look better with less make-up. if you really must wear eyeliner put more on the top than the bottom ;)
