Set 1- 15 reps bicep curls (dumbells) Set 2- add 5 pounds and 12 reps of hammercurls (dumbells) Set 3- 8 reps of reverse barbell curls (barbell)
make your bicep curls and hammer curls a super set and your good, that means right after you do a set of bicep curls go right into hammer curls with no rest
Sounds like a killer workout...in a good way of course. Keep it up
I dont think its too much, I think thats good enough for the biceps
