I don’t know because I have the same problem. It could be a difficiency in our diet. Maybe not enough grains eaten or protein which both help you feel full for a longer period of time. I just get a toasted pb&j with smuckers low sugar strawberry preserves. YUM. Maybe this isn’t that much of an idea but it helps me.

When I cut out on sweets I put all the junk EVERYTHING into a big suitcase and locked it up. (my mom kept the keys) I made sure that healthy snacks were laid on the table for me to see so when I feel like snacking on something I would make myself grab and apple or some strawberries that are naturally sweet. Keep yourself occupied and entertained, when you get bored, you automatically turn to the fridge! Sometimes I would give myself a treat once a week or something. I barely made it to a month but I did. After the toughest days of cravings, the routine sorta came to me. I eat healthy now and don’t snack as much.

I ALWAYS have the weekends off on my diet, and then I feel horrible. Like yesterday, I had a WHOLE pizza. I took laxatives, vomited and then slept with no blankets on with the window open (it was cold) as punishment.

Im going back on my diet tomorrow. I should have enough fats and nutrition to last me at least two weeks.

Anyways the moral of the story is: A minute on your lips, a lifetime on your hips.

Would you like to enjoy yourself hugely for 3 minutes while indulging in excess calories, or wait until the craving passes?

Its your choice, thin or fat? xD
