Help blocking out my intake of sweets.

For over a year now, I have this tendency to wake up really early in the morning and eat breakfast (3-5AM). After eating breakfast I also crave chocolate or anything that is sweet and I’ll tend to grab that too. I know this is a habit I’ve formed from doing this every morning for about a year now, but is there any advice anyone can give me to stop doing this or a light snack option I can turn to in the wee hours of the morning that will still curb my craving?

SOMETIMES I DO THE SAME THING, CHOCOLATE DOVES WAS THE THING I WOULD EAT AT 2 OR 3 A.M, IS NORMAL BUT YOU DON’T WANT TO KEEP DOING THAT OR ELSE YOUR going to BE OVERWEIGHT!

Welcome to my life. I dont do it so much now though. I used to get up at 2.30 am for ages and snack on something. I was sooo hungry. I think maybe try to eat a snack before bed and then you might not be so hungry.
