How long will the muslce fat go away with out eating?

I have muscle fat and thigh fat. How long will it start to eat away without eating anything?will it start to eat away in 3 weeks or?

it sounds like you dont have any fat thats actually worth loosing, go se a doctor and get your bmi calculated to se if you even need to loose any weight and never be stupid and starve yourself youll just damage your health

God I hope your not as stupid as you make yourself sound by asking this question…for starters your only 14 and your body is still growing, a little bit of fat on you ain’t gonna kill you. and by not eating, it’s only gonna make it worse just like johndeer said, you’re body will realize it’s starving itself and so it will save all the fat to survive, instead of not eating, try eating little meals throughout the day, and try joining a gym…if you think starving yourself id going to help, go see a doctor and get you facts straight.

In 3 weeks…? Does that mean you plan on starving for 3 weeks? lol I don’t think you’ll make it : 0 I’m no nutritionist but as an athlete I can agree with Johndeer. Excercise eat right and I’m pretty sure you’ll see results in 3 weeks like you wanted :)

Just eat more, and more importantly smaller, meals through out the day. Drink lots of water, and physical activity wouldn’t hurt either. Not eating or barely eating will just increase your problems, your body will go into crisis mode and begin saving every last bit of fat on you to survive.

take my advice, don’t just stop eating, only eat like one small meal a day and it’ll be a lot easier for you to get through it =) as for time, I don’t know, sorry
