I've been working out for about 3weeks , doing dumbbells of 10lbs, and barbells as well. can anyone give any tips ? or anything I should be doing ? thank you. and im a male
Im 14 5'5 and 120lbs and I want 2 gain muscle how do I do that?
Well you need good nutrition eat 5-6 smaller meals a day eat a lot of protein. Okay so if you want to get bigger you need to get a weight that you only could do 5 reps with once you can do 10 reps get a heavier one. Toning muscles are different is the opposite lighter weight more than 10 reps. Never overtrain your muscles that's gonna make you weaker rest is how you gain muscles.
I no this sounds stupid but the wii fit is pretty good, ma mate has got it and has been going on that everyday day for a about an hour and a half for that past 3 or 4 months and he is starting to get some very nice muscles on his arms and thighs. But while your doin that member to eat healthy. hope that helps a bit x
lol damn lightweight... I think your too light to lift even moderately heavy, I say eat eat eat untill your like 150lbs...
