How do you start a career as a singer?

all my friends say im really good at singing and I think I am, but I dont know how to!!

Get as many auditions as you can. Being a singer isn’t as much about singing as it is selling yourself.

Take singing lessons from someone with a good reputation and then you’ll have more of a broader palette. You might end up enjoying classical singing, for example, or jazz. Then you can decide where to go from there - not all singing careers have to be top40. There are session singers for studio work, for example… some just sing at weddings.

Some of us are just stuck singing in the shower. .
