Any contradiction here?

I heard Hillary Clinton make a speech where she said in Government ‘we need more transparency (openness)’and I promise to give you the most ‘Ethical’ administration in history - yet, today I read, Nearly 2 million pages of documents covering her White House years are locked up, obscuring a large swath of her record as first lady. Clinton’s calendars, appointment logs and memos are stored at her husband’s presidential library - 2 million pages, Any contradiction here ?

Sandy Berger, the former national security adviser to President Bill Clinton who was convicted for stealing and destroying top secret documents, is now advising Sen. Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
